Hacken – Elfsborg 0-2
Judge: John Hamlin
Elfsborg came into the game with confidence after victory over Atvidaberg and further advancement in the Europa League. It would also show here that form the peak persists when defeated BK Hacken away with 0-2. “We will challenge their back line with speed and then come up with runs outside. That’s what we’ve been talking about, then we might have a little different approach than was previously regards our defense games but initially we will be a bit lower than what we are used to seeing Elfsborg. ” These were the words from Elfsborg trainer Jan Mian before the game to C More.
Game started at a good, fast pace where it appeared that both teams had to win to catch on to the top battle. The first real scoring chance got Elfsborg by Marcus Rohden but the shot went wide. The match continued in good pace in a smooth affair, but with quite a few mismatches and individual mistakes. It was an uneventful half to Elfsborg in the 27 minutes took the lead through Victor Prodell after a nice nod assisted by Daniel Mobaeck. After the goal, the match continued huh chance poor but Elfsborg changed it and put 2-0 in the 35th minute through Viktor Claesson. More did not happen in the first half but Elfsborg controlled their 2-0 lead which they took into the break.
– We started a little tentative, I think, we have played a lot games but now we are right and so we counter little more but after our 1-0, I think we control the game. We will continue as we have done in terms of defense, we are right and work hard and then have them not so many chances, said Elfsborg Viktor Claesson C More after the first half.
Speechless second half
The second half began at a high tempo from Häcken side who were not satisfied with the first half. But first hot scoring chance got Elfsborg by Marcus Rohden after a good pass by Sebastian Park who did a fantastic game tonight. Took the whole plan with a large presence and gigantic in the back line along with Daniel Mobaeck. Hacken continued putting some pressure on Elfsborg who managed it and was able to take over the game after all that. Hacken came nowhere tonight and created hardly a dangerous scoring chance. This was a well executed game of Elfsborg who acted really stable out on the plane and followed his game plan one hundred percent. Has to be said that we do this kind of incredibly good match on grass, which is a little extra fun. Praise be to have the whole team but especially back lock with Sebastian Holmen and Daniel Mobaeck.
Now it continues tough schedule for Elfsborg but now sees them really strong. In addition to Europa League play off and recognition of gold battle. We together – di yolk

Column: Heat and madness at the fortress
Elfsborg
Many times I have commented and written about that Elfsborg have a great game along the whole plan but that everything collapses when it is about to become targets. Strong attack flows into the awkward finish that even I could have taken.
I have lacked courage in the trades and I’ve missed the folly that certain trades require.
