Triple injury blow for Arsenal in derby – Aftonbladet

Just a point in the derby.

And what a triple injury blow.

Midfield trio Mikel Arteta, Aaron Ramsey and Jack Wilshere miss this week’s CL-meeting with Galatasaray.

– I’m starting to get worried, says coach Arsene Wenger.

There was a heavy Saturday for Arsenal in the Premier League .

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain chirped Although Tottenham’s line and got a score in the London derby.

But, after the game was mostly about injuries.

Mikel Arteta to come by already after half an hour and minutes before the break it was Aaron Ramsey’s turn to get off.

In between was Jack Wilshere lying after having sprained his right foot. Wilshere could certainly continue but was substituted after an hour.



Misses Galatasaray and Chelsea

After the match bekrädtade coach Arsene Wenger that the trio will miss matches.

– I do not know how long they will be gone but all

three fail next week. For Ramsey, it is about the thigh, Arteta has problems with what and Wilshere with his ankle.

Arsenal face Galatasaray in the Champions League on Wednesday – a match that midfield trio will now miss.

Wenger announced that Ramsey and Arteta additionally will miss the derby against Chelsea next Sunday, but that he hopes Wilshere.

Earlier, Arsenal long-term damage to the right-back Mathieu Debucy and strikers Olivier Giroud and Theo Walcott.

– Suddenly we have a shortage of players. I’m starting to get worried, says Arsene Wenger.
