Bolt to turn the dream threshold – Vasterbotten Courier

The King Sprinter Usain Bolt has begun preparations for next year, with the Olympics in Rio de Janeiro in focus. But Jamaica’s not only a third Olympic gold triple (100 and 200 meters and 4 × 100 meters) as the target.

He also wants to get under 19 seconds in the 200 meters. His world record is 19.19, and is from 2009.

– I really want to run for 19 seconds. It is one of my main objectives. I think it is one of the toughest, because it will be difficult to find the right day and the right race to beat the record, says Bolt.

– There will not be easy, but both I and my coach (Glen Mills) believe that it is possible. So just to work toward that goal.
