Arizona winner with Lindbäck in Case – Vasterbotten Courier

Hockey goalie Anders Lindbäck has been asked to play two full games for Arizona in the fall. Both matches the team has won.

In the away game against Anaheim let in two early goals, but Arizona turned around and won 4-3 after extra time.

Lindbäck saved 33 shots including five when Anaheim had two more on the ice.

– Lindbäck played very well and kept us in the game when we had a slump. In the end, this is a great victory, says Arizona’s two-goal marksman Max Domi.

Anaheim’s Chris Stewart and Ryan Kesler scored in just over a minute in the beginning of the match. Arizona’s Anthony Duclair, a goal, and Max Domi, two, gave comebacks in the second period when they accounted for three goals. Anaheim’s Finn Sami Vatanen leveling the score to 3-3 in the middle of the third period. Another northerner, Dane Mikkel Bødker, decided 1:18 into the extension and was elected best player of the match.
