If you ask Sarah Sjostrom, the answer is: Take three European Championship medals.

After a far the gold on favorite distance is 100 butterfly she finished the championship with silver in both the 50 freestyle and 4×50 medley lagkappen.

20 minutes later Sjostrom with the Swedish 4×50-medley relays that tricks a silver and thus took his third medal during some say the least hectic 73 minutes.
