Charlotte Kalla was second when she made her first appearance in Holmenkollen three millionth in 2008. Since then it has largely become fourth places – four of them – and for Sunday tremilaprövning in the World Cup dare she not aim higher.
She has never been worse than ninth in the world Cup’s longest and toughest race.
