NHL back ready for the Swedish World Cup team – Sveriges Radio

The 22-year-old former Skellefteå hill Petter Granberg played seven NHL games for Toronto this season, but were mostly in the minor league AHL.

He was with the Swedish National Team who took the World Championship gold in 2013.

Petter Granberg landing in Prague on Wednesday morning and it is still unclear whether he will play against Canada.

The decision to take him to Prague means that there are now two places open in World Cup squad, a goalkeeper and an outfield player may place before it is full.
