Travelodge trainer Robert Bergh million investment in a new farm between Borås and Gothenburg can be stopped.

The reason is the 30 break pastures located too close to the river Surtan.

– Break The pastures will not be open the public, and then it will go against the shore protection order. Then we can not grant an exemption, says Svante Brandin, local biologist in Marks municipality to P4 Sjuhärad.

The pastures are already constructed – but without the approval of the municipality.

– Then we have to notify what suspected crimes. Then the prosecutor to see if one wants to get on with it, says Svante Brandin.

Bergh, one of the most successful trotting trainer, decided envisaged last autumn to leave Bergsåker outside Sundsvall and move south. Construction of the plant is currently still awaiting a decision from the Planning and Building Committee.
