The match began with an intensive game in which both teams are invited to dance, but it was not created any major perils to something hall. It was Farjestad that created the sharpest chances in the first half of the period when Tomas Skog had got alone in front of Lasse Johansson in Frölunda goal. The puck goes past Johansson but is rescued by a Frölunda Back at the last moment.
The match continues on this path where both teams play an okay hockey but the dangers of still shines by its absence.
The deadlock was altered first the final minute when Frölunda went up to 2-0 within 45 seconds. The first goal came at 19:03 when Henrik Tömmernes put a hard shot pass to Andrew Johnson, who nicely guided into the bulkhead behind Justin Pogge. Second goal came ago when there were 12 seconds of the period, this time it was Joel Lundqvist, who picked up the puck in the castle and flicked away a crisply wrist shot high behind Pogge.
Frölunda went back to the first period of rest with a 2 -0 management, figures may not really reflect the period but Gothenburgers showed off a deadly efficiency.
Second period:
My season started with a fairly locked games where it did not happen that much in any direction. The match hung in the balance, and the next goal was important to Farjestad would do so not up the hill would be too steep.
Up the hill, however, was only steeper and steeper for the home team. Frölunda makes namely 3-0 just over 5 minutes into the period when Spencer Abbott controls the puck between the legs of Pogge who have not really had time to get together velcro wraps.
After the 3-0 goal loses Farjestad all the games they had and Folded really down to. Frölunda begins to dominate and own the game altogether. It is therefore not surprising that Frölunda, about 2 minutes before the break goes up to 4-0. Tom Nilsson will open countryside and go toward Pogge and then flicking the puck safely.
Third period:
Farjestad changed the goalkeeper before finishing stage when Lars Haugen had to jump in between the posts. This helped the poor but for Frölunda continued its målkalas and Färjestad had nothing at all to say.
Frölunda had a chance in the powerplay when Farjestad slope Sebastian Erixson racked up two minutes for tripping. This took advantage of the away team in the best way and increased the lead to 5-0, Henrik Tömmernes got the puck at the blue line and fired off a hard slap shot high behind Haugen.
After the goal will not be long before the next one comes, 1 minute, 36 seconds to be precise. Although this came in powerplay, and this time it was Linus Persson who was sent off for the home team. Andreas Johnson makes his second of the match when Frölunda plays the puck quickly within the team and get Farjestad players look like dizzy hens. The goal was not the most difficult in his career, this time he only needed to put the puck into the open goal when Haugen was deleted played.
