December 3, 2014: In a program of the German television channel ARD accused Russian athletics for systematic doping. 4 November: Former Chairman of the IAAF, Lamine Diack, is arrested on suspicion of corruption. He is accused of taking bribes in exchange for covering up the Russian doping. According to the news website Media Party Data is provided by the WADA report.
November 5: Six Russian athletes to have extorted for their doping offenses would be silenced, as reported by the WADA report.
November 6: IAAF launches an investigation against the former consultant Papa Massata Diack, the son of the former president Lamine Diack. Even Valentin Balachnitjev, Alexei Melnikov, former head coach of the Russian aisles and long distance runners, and Gabriel Dolle, former head of the IAAF’s anti-doping department, under investigation. IAAF also decides to set the annual gala on 28 November.
November 9: WADA presents its investigation and would turn the Russian Athletics Federation of systematic doping. WADA also wants five Russian athlete turned off for life.

December 21 Suspicions against Lamine Diack that he paid bribes to the doctor and the IAAF responsible for anti-doping work, Gabriel Dolle, for to hide bribes.
December 22 IAAF Deputy General Secretary Nick Davies takes a break from work during the investigation of his possible involvement in the scandal.
