At last Swedish victory at Tiomila – Swedish Radio

IFK Gothenburg became the first Swedish team to win the orientation classic Tiomila since 2005. It was a thrilling final stretch when three teams were together before the spurt and where IFK Goteborg drew the longest straw.

Eskil Kinnevik Berg became the big hero for IFK Gothenburg when he led the team to the club’s first triumph in Tiomila. Kinnevik Berg went out while Kalevan Rastislav led by the world’s best Thierry Georgeou and Halden Magne Dæhli.

They stayed together throughout the race which was 17, 5 km and it was on the last meters it all was settled when Eskil Kinnevik Mountains sprinted down the other two.
