Görtz penalty hero against Farjestad – Helsingborgs Dagblad

Färjestads coach Tommy Samuelsson:

– overtime and shootout could go either way, but it was a little too bad, we had maybe needed the points more than them.

After a tentative start to the match was scoring opportunity are more and more clearly towards the end of the first act, but goalkeepers kept tight. The match concerned much for both teams. Farjestad chasing a direct spot for the playoffs and Frölunda have their sights set on second place in the series.

My Act began with Färjestads star back Anssi Salmela pulled on a penalty. It was the start of a målexplosion, with four goals in less than seven minutes.

After nearly two minutes woefully game in powerplay got avige Robin Figren puck in free mode and found a hole loud behind Justin Pogge in Färjestads goals . 1-0 to the visitors from Gothenburg.

A few minutes later came the runner-up – the same man. Figren was last on the puck, after a fabulously beautiful game in powerplay. Mathis Olimb and Mattias Janmark got fit points.

– We are a nightmare start to the second period, 0-2 in five minutes is not what you want, but then we repaired courage, says Tommy Samuelsson.

The home side then created pressure against Lars Johansson in Frölunda Kassen, ended up with a penalty and was effective in powerplay. Toni Rajala tweaked reduction, in a more or less open goal. The announcer had barely speak clearly, before Ryan Lasch did the visitors’ third goal for the evening.

– A match in the audience’s taste, fine goal scoring opportunities and much either way, says Östman.

five minutes left in the period bumped Mathis Olimb awkwardly into the puck into his own goal, and the visitors’ lead was again down to

one goal. The home side were then extremely close to 3-3, but Salmela did not manage Rajalas fine opening fit.

– The guys show an enormous character coming back against the best Frölunda we have met during the year, says Samuelsson.

The Shipment came at the start of the third period. Per Åslund scorer.
