Drama when the Broncos went to the Super Bowl – Expressen

Now, it can be over.

The night’s Conference Finals between the Denver Broncos and New England Patriots was likely the last game we ever saw between Peyton Manning and Tom Brady.

Perhaps the two main quarterback runs through the ages.

A ticket to the Super Bowl 50 was at stake in the Conference Finals between the Denver Broncos and the New England Patriots.

But above all it was upphaussat that the game between the NFL’s biggest stars Peyton Manning and Tom Brady – who are both at the end of their careers.

In the end, went Manning victorious from the match – a match that offered such an exciting finish as many had hoped.

Broncos sat in the driver’s seat for almost the entire match thanks to a strong defense and several heavy scoring passes by Manning. Most remembered is probably 39-year-old’s pass to Owen Daniels on the sidelines who set an important touchdown.



Last meeting between Manning and Brady?

At the score 12-20 at the end of the game served Brady teammate Rob Gronkowski with a balanced match which gave a sexpoängs touchdown. It gave the New England Patriots 18-20, and the possibility to arrange an extension by twelve seconds left to play with two point conversion.

But Brady’s final pass was blocked by the Broncos-defense, which held on for the win.

After the match there was Peyon Manning, 39, and Tom Brady, 38, in an embrace, and maybe it was the last time the two giant stars were met. There has been much talk about especially Peyton Manning will end after the season – which would mean that this was the last meeting with Brady.

Patriots to the difficult attempt at two points late in the match – rather than a single point.

The Denver Broncos are then ready for the Super Bowl finals where the winner between the Carolina Panthers and Arizona Cardinals waiting. The finale will be the Broncos second of three years and will be a golden chance for Manning to likely end his career with a second Super Bowl ring.

The final will be played on February 7 at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif.
