Robin Jacobson’s ugly challenge on Kim Karlsson stirred up emotions.

In Tommy Jonsson so many that he should have shouted coarse insults by his old players.

It was in the third period as the Leksands back bruiser Robin Jacobsson tackled Birch Lövens Kim Karlsson to the ice with a severe concussion.

While Karlsson went to the hospital for x-left Jacobsson ice with a match penalty.

– I hope really, really Kim will be restored. It was really awful, the worst I have seen live, says Birch Lövens Club Manager Fredric Åkerblom Sportbladet.

And the night came reassurance from the player.

“Thanks for all the warm fine words of all the nice people. Feeling okay and just got to come home,” wrote 26-year-old on Twitter.

Bjorkloven coach Tommy Jonsson has previously trained Jacobsson Brynäs – and shouted and screamed, reportedly coarse insults, after the 29-year-old from the booth.

An action that also got Per-Erik “Perra” Johnsson and Jonsson news conference to heat up properly.

– I get irritated because I know that it is not the first time that Robin takes the smallest player on the pitch. I think it’s disrespectful, said Bjorkloven coach and was promptly attacked by “Perra” which given Jonsson’s actions in the booth wondered if the coach and Jacobsson had no personal problems with each other.

“Going up to the ceiling”

– I stand by what I say and do, and goes up in the ceiling that I think it’s so damn disrespectful and cowardly to take the rigging, said Jonsson.

When Sportbladet later talking to Robin Jacobsson, he is subdued and says that he tried to tackle with the hip, but Karlsson changed direction.

– Then he is suddenly not that I will. I tried to go down as far as I could. There were crap sad to see that Kim was lying on the ice. I have sent a text message in which I wrote that I was sorry and that I hope he will soon be back on the ice, he said.

When it comes to Tommy Jonsson’s actions feel 29-year-old most surprise his old trainer’s choice of words, which according to the hill among other things contained violations consisting of the gender order.

– What am I thinking? It’s a very good question. I have no

good answer. I am a bit surprised at his behavior yet and can only hope that the Disciplinary Board did not agree with him about what I am, says Jacobson.

What did you say back?

– Not much. He did most of the talking there and had many words on the stock.

He said at the press conference that you give the smaller players.

– There must stand for him. I’m a physical player, it’s part of my job to play physically.

What are you thinking about a possible punishment?

– You can wait with excitement. I was not trying to hurt and hope that I get to play hockey as soon as possible again.

Coach “Perra”, however, has no great hopes for it.

– We have to get back some of our backs as we have gone. We can not expect anything other than sanctions as it sounds. What happens is gruesomely unfortunate.
