Leave the premier division judges of peace by ruling this year. The call comes from the European Football Association, UEFA, and the Swedish judgments base Bo Karlsson.
UEFA has given the order for a stricter assessment of the so-called “bullying” by the judge.
– UEFA has put his foot down. They are not satisfied with football’s image. We will look at the players’ behavior and have received strict orders from UEFA to work with this in national federations. This behavior may be judges to live under even more pressure and it’s not getting better judgment – it gets worse, says Karlsson at the Allsvenskan prelude meeting in Upplands Väsby.
Another novelty is the assessment of so-called scoring opportunity expulsions. After the summer break will be more situations that result in penalty and a yellow card. Goalkeepers and defenders who act “normally” should not suffer from a red card and automatic shutdown.
