Teteh Bangura remains in Superettan – Aftonbladet

Recently there was a less successful and brief spell in Mjällby.

Mjallby went out Superettan – but Teteh Bangura remains.

The sierraleonske striker has signed on to Gais.

This summer tests, he trained with IFK Norrkoping – with no luck. Club Address for the former AIK and Bursasporanfallaren was instead Mjallby in Superettan. Teteh Bangura, however, could not save the left Blekinge Club, who went down to Division I.

Sierraleoniern will remain in Superettan. Gothenburg club Gais announced that it signed a contract with the striker.

– We have signed a contract that extends until the summer, with an option for GAIS to use if we want to extend the year, says sports director Fredrik Molin according to club website.

Sports manager continues to praise the new acquisition, which becomes the club’s third new striker after the signings of Luka Mijaljević and David Johannesson earlier in the transfer window.

– We get a player with a delightful energy and frenzy. He is good in the receiving game and threatening even in the depths. He is a quality finished.

The 26-year-old is primarily remembered for his time at AIK, where he was in 2011, scored 15 goals in 17 games.
