After yesterday’s racist accusation against Södertälje player Aaron Anderson now choosing Uppsala to report the incident to the Disciplinary Board.

– As it looks right now we will make a report. We will not back out of it now. It is so serious, says Uppsala baskets President Staffan Persson told Dagens Nyheter.

It heated up considerably in the second SM-finals in basketball between Södertälje and Uppsala.

During the match occurred a situation between Uppsala’s Brice Massamba and Södertälje Aaron Anderson which Andersson should have spoken out racist.

– He said, “Get this fucking african off me” and we reacted to it. What to do? It does not belong on a basketball court. People can do what they want, but it’s not okay, says Uppsala Mannose Nakos to unt.se.

Staffan Persson, Chairman of Uppsala Basket confirm during Wednesday morning that the club act with full force against what said to have happened.

– In the morning we have had full speed in all directions. In the morning we will complete our own investigation into what happened. We want from the club’s page highlight that this is something that is not okay. This handrar about a guy named Brice and more Swedish than most others on the field, he said.

The judges should not have heard anything during the match and Aaron Anderson denies that he should have spoken out racist .

– It is a word against word-situation we must prove, says Persson and continues.

– This is very sad and it gives publicity to a sport in all respects has managed to get an incredible amount of new Swedes in their sport. All the efforts that have taken place in basketball attracts a lot of young people and children with a migrant background, so I think this is especially sad.
