Success goalkeeper could miss the quarter-finals – Aftonbladet

HELSINKI / STOCKHOLM. Linus Soderstrom was forced to get off to Canada yesterday.

Now, he can miss the quarterfinal against Slovakia.

– He had a little overwork yesterday so he chose to leave the game, says national team doctor at Bergsten.

Junior crowns disturbed of disease and injury before the quarter-final against Slovakia on Saturday. Jakob Larsson and Joel Eriksson Oak has been isolated because of stomach problems but are back on the ice today.

– They were a bit ailing yesterday, but feel good today. I will not go into what was wrong with them, says the national team doctor at Bergsten.

Nothing that has spread to the team?

– No, all is here and working out.

Nylander not on ice

SVT’s Chris Härenstam writes on Twitter to coach Rikard Grönborg not know if he can count on the goalie in the quarterfinals.
