Eskilstuna Leisure pioneer Perseus Karlström is in Australia and compete.
Over the weekend he hit a great race and the best Swedish time on 20 km since 1992.
the competition was held in Adeleide and Karlström began briskly.
he pulled away from the field early and led for some time by 15 seconds.
with five kilometers to go, he was, however, caught up and Perseus got dropping to a cluster of five predecessors.
Karlström crossed the line in sixth in 1:21:03 and it’s a big improvement personbästat who was at 1:21:54 before the race.
Karlström new record was also clear during the Olympic qualifiers limit is set at 1:21:30.
This should Eskilstuna guy to be ready for the Olympics in Rio in the summer.
the race in Adeleide was won by Australia’s Dane bird-Smith at 1:20:04.
