Green: “The right decision for me now ‘- Göteborgs-Posten

Emma Green stands above the indoor season.

The divorce from Yannick Tregaro is one of the reasons.

– A difficult decision to take, she says to the GP.

Emma Green is currently in South Africa’s Stellenbosch in training camp.

From there, she announces now She set the indoor season. Thus she misses Championships in Prague in March.

One of the reasons for the decision is divorce from his coach Yannick Tregaro. Another is that the body is not one hundred percent healthy.

– It was a difficult decision to make, but the right decision for me now. South Africa is canon. Good training, but sad that you can not go full steam, she says to the GP.

On her blog she develops decision:

– Recent years have taken a lot of energy, and my back injury (herniated disc, during the winter / spring) and especially the divorce. I know that both of body and soul will get some time to recover, it feels quite nice not having to

rush out a form peak this winter. I can instead get a little more time to recover myself and longer term aim for the big outdoor championships, she writes on the blog.

Green also writes that she can not train full of training camp.

– Currently it’s my back which are malfunctioning bit too much for me to be able to train at full speed. It has been a little irritated from and to virtually the entire autumn and done that I have not really been able to prepare optimally for the season. So why have I decided to skip the races indoors, and instead let the body more time to recover properly.
