SHL club Växjö has made it clear with the Canadian ice hockey player Jeff Tambellini. The 30-year old forward comes from Fribourg in the Swiss league, where he has scored 13 points in 28 games.
“Jeff is a pure scorer who we think will fit well into our your team,” said Växjö Sports Director Henry Evertsson to the club’s website.
Tambellini has played a total of 242 basic series games in the NHL Los Angeles, NY Islanders and Vancouver.
Last season he made 20 points in 45 games in SHL for Modo.
