Alfelts: Figures show Jacks superiority – Aftonbladet

Las Vegas. Early this morning was Badou Jack one of Sweden’s greatest boxers of all time.

George Groves rushed out of the ring after the verdict given, furious at not having got the victory, but the Badou Jack was the rightful winner.

The superior tactically and technically, he showed that he is a master at this highest level.

It was a match one could easily be fooled by, though it is incomprehensible that a judge was so deceived that he had Groves winner.

The Englishman cranked mostly with fists but it was not so difficult to see that it was Badou Jack who ruled the game with his defensive superiority. He made sure not to be severely hit and attacked in the correct positions.

All the figures also tell us about Badou Jack’s superiority.

Groves hit 721 kinds. 154 met.

Jack hit 506 kinds. 210 met.

Groves jabbade 455 times. 86 hit.

Jack jabbade 262 times. 83 hit.

No gloss complete victory

Groves threw away 266 so called power punches, knockout attempts. 68 hit.

Jack struck 244 such heavy blows, of which less than 127 met.

There are figures that reveal who was smart and efficient in the ring and that’s what comes of it to win.

Badou Jack knew Groves dislike blow to the body. The 52 power punches and 26 jabs that hit Britten’s body was sucking the power out of Groves, whose impact during the last half of the game’s most sent into the air.

There was no shine full win match for Badou Jack made sure that it does not was about the spectacular nature series and hard hits. Groves unable to get up to take the count in the first round had all rejoiced that we got a new knockout artist, which is so strangely called, but I think it was much better that it happened here.

For now showed Badou Jack that he has both hardness and skill to steer a difficult game for twelve rounds. Groves lost enough this match already before 80,000 spectators at Wembley when he went to the devastating knockout loss in the return against Carl Froch. It was somewhat hesitant of Britten’s effort despite all attempts to knock out Badou. As Groves did not really believed in what he was doing.

Go up one weight class

Badou Jack is now waiting for the matches in which he could earn really big money. As a champion of the WBC, he has a title that all the top boxers in the class want, but they will get to go to Las Vegas to try to get it.

If it does not become reality with a title defense in Stockholm Badou Jack promoter Floyd Mayweather Jr has said he wants to bet on. A gala like the UFC made the middle of the night with Alexander Gustafsson at Tele2 Arena, which would be really cool.

Badou Jack is 31 years old but there is no age in today’s boxing. Especially in the heavier weight classes and certainly not if it is so serious with his training as Badou is. He will go up a weight class to light heavyweight but before that, he prefers to catch the four-five defense of his WBC belt and maybe have time to pick something to.

Rond 7

A long left takes hard Groves looks increasingly tormented by fatigue. Every body blow from Badou sucking force and the Englishman takes a wrong step before he is going to sit for the rest.

Round 8

Jack controls. Petar Left in the face of the opponent, feed the body, enters and locks. Groves wielding sent more frequently into the air, but he hits with a right in the end.

Round 9

Groves is trying to jump into a knockout blow directly but Jack is with and dominates the rest of the round. Pressing Groves in the corner and feed alternately the body and head. Groves is very tired.

Rond 11

Groves trying to find the KO blow and gets away several decent attempt but Badou parries and strikes himself several combinations to the stomach and head and hit the most and the best.

Rond 12

Groves chasing the knockout but Badou takes brawl and get several good hits. Gets himself hard hit by a right but check well what happens in the ring. Both boxers extends his hands in the air and call themselves winners.
