Hammarby Football writes on its website that Israelsson received no injury to the neck or back. He had to remain in the hospital overnight for observation.
After nodding 1-0-goal in the second half, 26-year-old receiving two hard knocks to the head: First AIK defenseman Nils-Eric Johansson’s shoulder and then when he brutally landed on the hill. Israelsson was unconscious for three to four minutes and the ambulance called to the scene.
