Overslept, had to leave the NHL team – Vasterbotten Courier

For some, not enough talent to take a place in the NHL team. New York Islanders rookie Josh Ho-Sang, 19, did not get the chance to showcase their talent. He overslept the first morning at the team’s camp and was punished with running stairs for three hours and then sent back to the junior league OHL.

– It’s time to grow up. He is very talented, but it’s not about talent. It is about being professional and act like a pro, said general manager Garth Snow to newsday.com.

The Swedes Julius Bergman, back, and Petter Emanuelsson, forward, have both been released from the San Jose Sharks. They were among 14 players who had to leave the NHL team before the first preseason game. They were sent not long, Farm Team Barracuda, of San Jose.
