Walkers penalty goal favored AIK – Aftonbladet

A late penalty may have cost IFK Gothenburg gold.

Kevin Walker arranged 2-2 Djurgarden – which thus helps AIK in gold battle.

– Where do judge wrong, says Mattias Bjärsmyr.

Sam Johnson gave Djurgården the lead on the hour. He received the ball in the penalty area, turned and sent out 1-0 on Tele2 Arena.

When it looked grim for IFK Gothenburg.

But in the space of three minutes managed to turn Blåvitt at the event.

Two goals in three minutes

Barely ten minutes after ahead goal got Jakob Ankersen a position in the offensive penalty, but the Dane fell. Gustav Engvall snatched up the ball and fired into 1-1.

Then there was the Anker’s turn. He got a position in the penalty area and thumped 2-1 to IFK Gothenburg.

When was Blåvitt in the top of the league.

But there was a heavy ending.

Sebastian Andersson went down in the penalty area in a clinch with Hjalmar Jonsson. Judge Mohammed Al-Hakim pointed to the penalty spot. Kevin Walker came and sent the 2-2.

– That was perhaps a fair result considering how the game looked. Just to get a good hit on the ball and score, says Walker.

“Watch replay”

IFK Gothenburg defender Mattias Bjärsmyr was disappointed afterwards. He did not think it was a penalty.

– Watch the replay. He (Sebastian) takes the ball with his hand for the first. Then I Hjalmar takes the ball. Yes, sure, it’s a little wrestling match between them. First State is the hand of Sebastian. So where does the judge wrong, says IFK Gothenburg defender Mattias Bjärsmyr.

How do you feel?

– Heavy, of course. We had come here to take three points. We release an all too easy target first. But then we come back and show good moral character, have been 2-1. Then we lose again.

What does this mean for gold fight?

– We are one point behind both the law up there. So we’ll beat AIK instead. We need to win the remaining two.

The goalkeeper John Alvbåge was not happy with the referee called a penalty.

– You make a mistake here and there, every five minutes of football. It makes referees and players. But clearly in this course of events is costly, he said.

There was a lot of your teammates who were cursed afterwards …?

– Yes and I are one. We had not been that many if not … that you also need to see. Even if you work for Aftonbladet, you must see it, right? You there in the camera. Seriously. That nobody really sees it, but … all making the error.

“Fucking sensitive”

It was an expensive credit spigot for IFK Gothenburg. Djurgården helped IFK Norrköping and AIK in gold battle.

– That’s damn sensitive question. There is nothing we can and think of when we play the game. We are preparing for a match and can not go and

think about the other teams, there is pride in what we do and we stand for Stockholm pride in Djurgården. I do my absolute best for the team, and that makes all the others in the team, too, says Walker.

There remain two innings for the Blue-white, the face AIK away from home and Kalmar FF at home.

– Yes, it is well-founded. We have to score more goals than your opponent. Kept on saying Alvbåge.
