This season’s best effort of VIK – Swedish Radio

VIK Hockey starting to find form and took third straight victory when Södertälje were defeated 3-0 after answering for this year’s best bet.

The two teams that advance belonged top candidates but has not lived up to expectations completed the 15th round of the Premier League. Two teams that started to find form in recent rounds.

VIK Hockey with two straight wins and new-found self-confidence began at a furious pace and did not give SSK players a quiet moment in the beginning of the match.

Then when the home side after five minutes the power play so also came the lead. VIK’s first lineup had a big press and finally got the goal when Jeremy Williams direct shot 1-0.

The worst onslaught came off a little and Södertälje came more into the game and had chances to level the score but Jonas Fransson withstood the period out.

VIK continued as well in the second period and an attacking

2-0 which gave Stefan Grahn with a frosty finish put his first goal in the yellow and black link.

SSK had a hard time and when they died in an expulsion just before the break so it was very close to bay with an evening of really good power play extended the lead.

In the third period VIK played the lead made it difficult for Sodertalje who could never get holes in Jonas Fransson.

In place so could Fredrik Johansson put the final score of the empty cage.
