Fjällström: Lennartsson will be the new coach – Göteborgs-Posten

Jens Fjellström launches three names new coach after Erik Hamrén: Pelle Olsson, Åge Hareide, and Jörgen Lennartsson. And he believes most are Lennartsson.

– He’s good at getting together law.

It is Cmores podcast Sports Hall as a football expert highlights the three names which may replace Erik Hamrén as coach of Sweden national football team.

– For six years we have had the ambition to build an offensive game to be able to assert ourselves in a championship with. It has not succeeded. We have not even taken us there. The next six-year period will not include Zlatan Ibrahimovic. The basis of the next national team success will be in a defensive organization. There we have the base of it all, says Fjellström in the podcast.

Fjellström launches three names as the hottest candidates: Pelle Olsson, Åge Hareide, and Jörgen Lennartsson.

Djurgårdens Pelle Olsson looks Fjellström as a new Lars Lagerback. Malmö’s Åge Hareide described as a match the coach of the ordinary.

– The third, who will be our next head coach, according to me: Jörgen Lennartsson. He is somewhere between Pelle Olsson and Åge Hareide. He is educated in the federal environment and has nurtured some of the “U21-ers” who now form the backbone. He is good at getting together law, says Fjellström in the podcast.
