The hope alive for Hammarby in Damallsvenskan.

On Saturday, it looked bleak in the ground battle against Mallbacken, but away from home, grabbed Hammarby last straw and went 1-2 to win 3-2.

Olga Ekblom scored two goals. But it was striker Clara Markstedt that stood in the events center when she was substituted in the 69th minute, scored the decisive 3-2 goal in the 71th and then butted together with an opponent and was replaced three minutes later.

After only the third Hammarby win this year, they are now set for a bottom thriller in the final round of this year’s Allsvenskan. Hammarby and Mallbacken stand on the same point, 08-team, however, with one goal inferior goal difference, before the Act’s final games against Piteå (home) and Umeå (gone).

– We have shown that we are up against the best teams. It will be great to meet Piteå. We go for the victory, said Hammarby coach Pär Lagerström to TV4 Sport.
