Pontus Jansson instead of Mikael Antonsson, back to 4-4-2 and Isaac Kiese Thelin next Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
By day’s training to judge sees Erik Hamrén out reshuffling sharply against Moldova.
– The match against France showed that I was the almost absolute top, says Jansson.
Mikael Antonsson, 33, was forced this morning to cancel the European Championship qualifiers against Moldova on Friday because of a groin injury.
Erik Hamrén has chosen to call Filip Helander, 21, from U21 national team instead.
But the replacement in the starting line for Antonsson loses Tuesday’s workout judging Pontus Jansson, 24, who camped a lot together with Andreas Granqvist, when defense game rubbed.
– The more you play together, the more you get to know each other. When things go very fast so you know how the other person act and react if one knows each other. Pontus and “Spruce” have played a match in France so we’ll see how we choose to do, said Hamrén before the training session.
Jansson ready
Jansson said last night in the mixed zone that he is ready to start in a European Championship qualifying game for the first time:
– The match against France was important. It was a springboard that showed that I was the almost absolute top. It was world class players almost all of them in France.
Forward, also looks to be changes.
All
– We’ll see how little we play against Moldova. I think the forwards we have all the best central, said Hamrén yesterday.
Does that mean that you change the game system?
– A lot can happen in football, smiled Hamrén tricky.
Could cause next Zlatan
Should we interpret the workout on Tuesday leaning it also tells a return to a 4-4-2 and then with Isaac Kiese Thelin, 22 which a bang next to Zlatan Ibrahimovic at the front.
The debut from the start in a race international would then be the next chapter in the Bordeaux attacker’s tale that has taken him from a failed our Norrköping last year to Malmo FF, Champions League championships, national team and Ligue 1 in less than a year.
But there remain two practice sessions before Friday, both of which are closed.
