Abbot is healthy, repentant – and hungry – Göteborgs-Posten

Spencer Abbott is healthy, tacklingsbar and hungry. – This time, I want to come back – and stay, says the viktige Canadian GP.

Frölunda powerplay have knocked some of the last two fights – and 27.54 per cent in the efficiency of the regular season is during the playoffs down to only 17.86 percent. Five goals in 28 attempts – and it is not for a team aiming at Le Mat Trophy.
One reason is that Spencer Abbott missing in the end.
Problems shaft. Again.
– I thought I was okay, obviously. I came back and rigging was not hard. It was before that, when I stepped off and wanted to rest up a little bit, that the real problem was. I do not want to go around and hesitation … and that was probably why it ended up with me being tackled like that, says Abbott.

He is, if not repentant in any case clear about why he had to step of.
– I was not all in on all the things I did, not one hundred percent. That’s when you get hit …

Are you 100 percent now?
– I felt pretty good at training, absolutely. I take the decision in the morning. For me, every day feels considerably better. This time I want to come back – and stay! I would not do this again, it’s not good for me and it’s not good for the team. I will not get into the rhythm and the same with the team’s chains, which changes all the time if I come in and out. Powerplay is also different, says Abbott.

Perhaps a role of mere power play, that is.
Frolunda, almost all players entering play – even for knee injuries keeper Lasse Johansson is on the ice.
– it’s all right, it does. It was fun to be on hold in all cases. I hope I get back as quickly as possible. Then we’ll see what happens. It’s damn hard to watch the games from the stands, says Johansson – who later was replaced in a brilliant way of Johan Gustafsson.

Hard

conditioning coached Sebastian Stalberg also flies out of the workout – and the broken bone in the operated hand will starkare.Redo everything for games, though he was then. – I think Stalberg looks pretty damn good! He runs up on the ice, cuddles coach Roger Rönnberg. He continues:
– We have a really good business to take care of injured players. But even physio Pärra Edlund and skating coach Andreas Larsson does a fantastic job with the rehab team – and train the injured players hard. They come in and is in personal terms and not just okay to play, praises Rönnberg.
