Blue-white star may be forced to play on syringes – Göteborgs-Posten

Blåvitt going for his third consecutive victory in the headlines when set against AIK. Then Mads Albaek forced to play on the syringes to handle the game.
 - It’s a match you would like to play and you have a little hurt so play anyway, so we’ll see if I can take a syringe, said Albaek.

Danske midfield strategist Mads Albaek have had problems with corn during a toe during the week. He stood over Saturday’s workout. But when IFK Gothenburg on Sunday cut on the last details for the meeting with AIK was Albaek back on Comrade farm lawn.

After an hour of training, he was quite clear that there will be games against AIK – but with the possible help of syringes.

– It’s a fun game with a lot of spectators. Can we take a profit where it feels like a very good start with nine points in a week. It’s a match you would like to play and you have a little hurt so play anyway. So we’ll see if I can take a syringe and a little anesthetic around the toe, we drive on it, said Albaek.

Blåvitt come to the match with victories against Falkenberg and Hacken luggage and faces AIK plying his first home game against GIF Sundsvall. Prior to the meeting of the Friends Arena now adds Mads Albaek of pressure on AIK.

– It feels a bit like AIK has the pressure on him. We saw their first home game and then the crowd began to whistle so you can score first then maybe the crowd turns against AIK again. So we have a good feeling about going to Stockholm and make a good match, he said.

Mads Albaek has started every game in the Premier League since he joined Blåvitt last summer. He remembers the victory against AIK last fall more heat.

– Everything about

the audience too. So it was perhaps the best match of the league that year.

What needs to be better for your part of the matches against Hacken and Falkenberg?

– We must be better at keeping the ball. During the preseason, we were very good at it. We must nurture it better and not make so many technical errors. So we must be good defensively, but there it looked good.
