Hareide before the hot qualifying session with Celtic – Expressen

On Wednesday set Malmö FF against Celtic in the final qualifying round to the Champions League.

And the coach Åge Hareide believes that Malmö go into the game as underdogs.

– Celtic are favorites in the morning, and the result will show who are the favorites to win, says Hareide at Tuesday’s press conference.

After a dramatic 3-0 win over Red Bull Salzburg home at Swedbank Stadium, it was clear Malmö FF qualified for the final qualifying round for the Champions League.

On Wednesday set Malmö against the Scottish team Celtic, which, among other things, the Swede Mikael Lustig in the team.

Jo Inge Berget , who previously played for Celtic, estimated to be back in Glasgow.

– It’s great to be back, I look forward to the match tomorrow. I think it will be a good match, he said at Tuesday’s press conference.

MFF coach Åge Hareide believes that Celtic go into the match as clear favorites, but they will do what they can to get by is a good result for the return leg at home in Malmö.

– We would be very pleased if we leave with a draw, said Hareide.

– Last year no one thought of Malmo, the team and me. But this year it’s easier to get people to believe in it, he said.

The Norwegian also took the opportunity to send a tribute to the blue-white supporters who followed the team to Scotland.
