Shortly after midnight wrote Sky Sports journalist Guillem Balague on Twitter that De Gea paper is not caught in time.

Later wrote sports daily AS that Manchester United was who sent the documents to the Spanish League Association late. And according to Marca, it was an amendment to a clause that was the reason.
