Coca-Cola and McDonald’s requires Blatter’s resignation – Göteborgs-Posten

Two of the football world’s biggest sponsors, Coca-Cola and McDonald’s, requires that FIFA president Sepp Blatter resign immediately.

Fast food giant McDonald’s, one of the international football association FIFA’s major sponsors demanded on Friday that the president Sepp Blatter immediately leave his post since the Swiss authorities have opened a criminal investigation concerning him.

” The events of the past weeks has continued to reduce FIFA’s reputation and public confidence in its leadership, “the company said in a statement.

McDonald’s requirements, since the other US major sponsor Coca-Cola gone out with a similar requirement that Blatter must resign.
