Barcelona may not enlist in the calendar year 2015th

It is clear since the Court of Arbitration CAS rejected the Spanish big club’s appeal against FIFA’s judgment.

It was in April earlier this year that FIFA decided to punish Barcelona really hard for what they considered to be irregularities in the signings of foreign-born players under 18 years of age.

Barcelona expressed his dissatisfaction with the verdict and judgment on the day judgment. After that FIFA rejected the appeal went to the Spanish club on to the sport’s highest arbitration center in Europe, the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), for a further appeal.

But it gets yet another setback for Barcelona. CAS announces today that it gives Fifa right and

“The Panel has found that FC Barcelona has violated the rules concerning the protection and registration of minors in their football academies” writes the CAS in its decision.

This means that the judgment remains, and that Barcelona will not be able to recruit over the next two transfer windows. The next time the club will sign players will be in January 2016.
