FIFA will not take up the appeal of the investigation of the upcoming World Cup in Russia and Qatar.

The international Football Association writes on its website that the inquiry was presented in November, not content any decision, therefore, it can not be appealed.

American lawyer, Michael Garcia, who has long researched saga of how the two countries very surprising was awarded the hosting of tournaments, had filed an appeal against FIFA’s ethics committee was that the report was not entirely complete and that the conclusions were therefore not correct.
