Once a cheater – always a cheater?

The Italian rider Mauro Santambrogio gave himself never get a second chance.

The doping suspended 30- year old has been caught doping.

Danilo Di Luca was thrown from the Giro d’Italia in 2013 after testing positive for EPO. Then it turned out that teammate Mauro Santambrogio was also doped.
