Helsingborg loses its top scorer David Accam.
The club confirmed late Friday that 24-year-old signed for MLS club Chicago Fire.
– He will be missed in the HIF and we wish him well in his new club, says new coach Henrik Larsson in a press release.
It has been rumored be in the works for some time and now confirms Helsingborgs IF deal with the Chicago Fire. The American Club, which had previously made it clear with Kennedy Igboananike from AIK, buy loose HIF’s top scorer David Accam.

it’s time to fly on has not been a secret. He will be missed in the HIF and we wish him well in his new club, says Helsingborgs new coach Henrik Larsson. 
Accam came to the HIF from Östersund 2012 and did this past season 17 goals in 25 games.
