Hockey player Max Friberg from Skövde was named to the NHL team, the Anaheim last night and already in the night he was on the ice when the Anaheim defeated Vancouver 2-1.
Anaheim won 2-1, just after winning shots statistics with 31-14.
At home victory was a great start for Skövde player Friberg, which received almost nine games minutes in his NHL debut.
In early October, it was clear that Friberg did not fit in Anaheim squad but had to play in the farm team in the AHL Norfolk instead. His hope was to play so well that he would be picked up and just over two months later it
happened, after Friberg stood out as one of Norfolk’s best players during the season. 
Max Friberg was drafted by Anaheim in 2011.
