Empoli Torino ended sadly for Pontus Jansson.
In the final minutes, he was sent off – and damaged.
The match ended 0-0.
Pontus Jansson’s first yellow card came after half an hour. Then he helped Torino to hold tightly against Empoli for another hour.
In stoppage time went former Malmö FF defender on his second yellow card after being felled home player Piotr Zielinski. The judge Giampaolo Calvarese showed the 23-year-old.
When Jansson was on his way off the pitch, he was, however, sit down on the grass because of pain in his
right foot. He could not get the plan under its own power, he got help from leaders in Torino. 
The match ended 0-0 and Torino is in 15th place in Serie A. Empoli is on 14th place .
