Brommapojkarna has presented a new coach: Former national team player Olof Mellberg.

Brommapojkarna has raged in the Swedish league system in recent years.
Having been relegated from the league last year left the club this year also from Superettan .
But now the newly Division 1 club made clear by Olof Mellberg, 38, as the new coach of the club.
– We are extremely pleased to be able to tie Olof Mellberg to us. Thorlakur Arnason (Academy director of the club) and I have had many meetings and concluded the perfect solution, says Brommapojkarna outgoing club director Ola Danhard to the club’s website.

38-year-old Mellberg ended his career in 2014 at FC Copenhagen and was last summer, finished as a youth coach in BP.
Earlier, the former national team player also played in clubs such as Juventus, Aston Villa, Olympiakos and Villarreal.
The contract with BP extends over two seasons.
