Laul: Just what can stop Blåvitt – Aftonbladet

Gothenburg. After the best season beginning since 1928, and a mini tug on the table top is the time to dust off the classic question “What can stop IFK Gothenburg this year? “.

Tips are appreciated because I will not so much.

Over 16 000 spectators at Gamla Ullevi , verging on summer warmth, good traction on both heels and an entertaining RØD PØLSE-tifo from the home fans for live seat.

Blåvitt and their Danes have been a success story, the summit against Elfsborg was no exception.

Boras team came up with a clear game plan with low starting positions, this would not Lasse Vibe run in behind Anders Svensson and score goals.

The plan worked brilliantly for almost a half.

The 44 and a half minutes to be exact.

When running a Mattias Bjärsmyr-pass from my plane straight through both teams, Vibe realized what was about to happen and showed up behind Svensson rounded Kevin Stuhr Ellegård and rolled the ball into the net despite half awkward angle.

Wisely, neat and gratefully.

Champagne or beer?

Bjärsmyrs ball was actually meant another Dane, Jakob Ankersen, played less of a role: It was just after a half as Blåviitt had dominated with a safe and quick passing game that made Elfsborg despite its compact game plan is not always hung out with.

– Champagne Football, said Jörgen Lennartsson.

– Folköl Football, countered his colleague Magnus Haglund.

Personally, I baptized IFK’s covering ground game to “Poseidon Football”, and if there is a good description of the first half was the complete opposite of others.

It was namely Elfsborg from beginning to end.

I asked Lennartsson if it really been the intention that the team would crawl home and monitor the management and it was not really but after Soren Rieks been carried off on a stretcher after an hour (X-ray knee during Friday) was Lennartsson had to order the retreat.

– Then it was about defending the lead and we did good around the box.

Not at all.

verging on sensational

Football is as much about the defensive, and there is no team that beats Gothenburg on fingers year: five goals in twelve games are verging on the sensational strong. Then Thomas Rogne yet been stomach in two straight games and Hjalmar Jonsson was standing in (good day).

Five goals would really been six since Ankersen saved a ball on the goal line with his arm, Michael Lerjéus missed this and it was neither the goal, penalty or expulsion.

It was not only controversial situation: In the first half chose Lerjéus not a penalty when Elfsborg Sebastian Holmén took the hand in his own penalty. According Lerjéus signaled Holmén for offside with his arm straight up, and there may indeed be a reasonable justification for not blowing but until I know more, I doubt.

One thing is certain: Judge Lerjéus have not had any particular good 2015 so far, although none of the coaches wanted to criticize his general level.

– There is nothing I thought of, said Lennartsson.

Series leaders held off, the fans sang about it is being league leaders, Malmo, Elfsborg and IFK Norrköping are five points behind, and this good has Blåvitt not started the series since in 1928.

What can really stop the Gothenburg this year?

Vibes last home game?

I asked the question to Jörgen Lennartsson:

– It’s a long journey and we are not even halfway yet. We look to the next day only, it is not possible to do otherwise. There is a focus on training and keeping the group together in a good way, said Jorgen.

It struck me later that the last sentence perhaps was referring to John Alvbåges extremely strong reaction when Haitam Aleesami invited Elfsborg a corner . Blåvitt has many winning call, now they have been weathering and then it’s strong feelings in circulation.

1-1 might have been a fair result ensured that the law took a half, but in the end the difference to Gothenburg Lasse Vibe and Elfsborg barely a healthy striker. Central defender Jon Jonsson thrown in as a forward toward the end, and was sent off minutes later after an elbow in the head at Gothenburg’s best player of the day Gustav Svensson (it did not seem to be the sentence).

The question is, to refer back to the introduction, if Blåvitt may keep Lasse Vibe season out? It may have been his last home game, and replacing him is not easy. Neither Gustav Engvall, Mikael Boman or Thomas Mikkelsen has delivered to date, and without Vibe is Blåvitt facing a forward crisis if we are hårdra it.

It speaks of course accept that they would continue on the points the way, in the autumn waiting Furthermore tough away matches against MFF, AIK, Djurgarden and Elfsborg.

So much more negative, apart from damage but it could affect any law, I can not actually think of about IFK Gothenburg right now.
