SOK doctor condemns the national team – Helsingborgs Dagblad

– It seems that they are not well enough trained, says SOK’s chief medical Bo Berglund told SvD.

Team themselves talking after game about the heat in combination with artificial grass in Winnipeg could be an explanation. Berglund suspect something else.

– It seems that they were not really prepared for the first match. If you overexert the muscle becomes more seizure prone, he tells the magazine.

Team can thereby be poorly trained, according to Berglund.

– It sounds strange. But

you might not have had enough tough matches before the World Cup. Players accustomed to the Allsvenskan rhythm. It’s easy to get it back when you make an effort again.
