One of the International Football Association’s former top leader, American Chuck Blazer, has admitted that he and others in FIFA’s executive committee took bribes in connection with the selection of the host country for the World Cup in both 1998 and 2010.

He also admits that he neglected to pay tax the United States between 2005 and 2010.
