Appropriates target a very special person – Göteborgs-Posten

The first Allsvenskan goal for BK Hacken. It came on a very special day.

– It is my daughter’s name day. I wanted to do something special for her, says Mohammed Abubakari.

He is no friend scorer, 29-year-old from Ghana.

Not very surprising considering his starting position low on the center of midfield.

But against Hammarby beat Mohammed Abubakari to.

In the match minute 22 he received Ivo Pekalskis pass and knocked off a right-gun .

The shot curled away from the keeper away Ögmundur Kristinsson and into one corner. Abubakaris first Allsvenskan goal for Hacken was a fact.

The celebration dedicated to his daughter.

– It is a very special day for me. My daughter has name day. It is a very big tradition in Greece, where I have lived and played in many years. I wanted to do something for her, and this felt very special, he says.

– Since I hoped to add the three points also. But it did not. Unfortunately, football is. I think we deserved to win the game, but we go ahead and hold your head high for the next match.

Simon has moved to Holland and Samuel was turned off. How was it to play in a midfield without brothers Gustafson for the first time this year?

– This is football. Sometimes you play with people, sometimes you do not, says Mohammed Abubakari.

– I think it worked well with Ivo (Pekalski). We worked together as a team and as brothers. But we need to Samuel back.

Finally: Häcken two games on the new Bravida Arena has resulted in a total of eleven goals. Six forward and five backwards.

Good or bad?

– It’s all about winning football matches. We won against Helsingborg and was close now. I think we’ve seen a little bit sharper out offensively. But we can not let in three goals every game. We must look at, says Peter Gerhardsson.
