Some 20 supporters of the football club Slask Wroclaw has been placed by Swedish police in Mellbystrand. Some 20 supporters of the football club Slask Wroclaw has been placed by Swedish police in Mellbystrand. They will be deported to Poland, reported Göteborgs-Posten newspaper.

Slask Wroclaw meets IFK Gothenburg in the Europa League qualifiers at the Gamla Ullevi stadium on Thursday.

– A check in mellbystrand has around 20 football supporters seized. It was made under the Aliens Act. They will be turned back to Poland. While waiting for the paperwork to be finished, they are in the police stations in Helsingborg and Halmstad, says Christer Fuxborg, spokesman for the police in West Bengal to gp.se, adding that he did not want to comment on why the supporters seized.
