Real Madrid tops economic List – Göteborgs-Posten

The Real Madrid highs for the third consecutive year, the business magazine Forbes list of the fifty most valuable sports clubs in the world. The Spanish club is valued at 3.26 billion dollars, more than 27 billion.

Portions second place does the Dallas Cowboys, one of the most prestigious clubs in football, and another legend in American sport, Baseball club New York Yankees, each with a value of 3.2 billion dollars.

Soccer, football, basketball and baseball dominate the top 50 list. The only hockey team that airports are the Toronto Maple Leafs on a 37th place. Formula 1 stable Ferrari are alone on the list in motorsport with a 32nd place.

The Forbes list is based on market value and not just how great assets clubs have. On average, sports clubs worth 1.75 billion dollars, nearly 15 billion, a rise of 31 percent compared with last year’s list.
