City secured a direct place for the Champions League away against Swansea.
Three parades by Joe Hart and two goals from Yaya Toure was behind 4-2 victory.
Swansea is now a Europa League spot out of reach.
The League runner-up Manchester City had the chance to secure a top 3 place – which means right spot for the Champions League – the Liberty Stadium.
The home team Swansea had before the game is still a theoretical chance of reaching the Europa League.

The captain Vincent Kompany, who are not yet fully recovered from a muscle injury, started the match on the bench and saw fellow central defender Eliaquim Mangala screw up early.
The Frenchman failed to stop a pass, Swansea’s Nathan Dyer stole the ball and spun since the Mangala completely in the penalty area – but Joe Hart saved the City from time with a nice parade.

After 21 minutes, there was instead a Manchester City took the lead after Yaya Toure pulled off a shot which was ruled out by a Swansea-leg. Fifteen minutes later grew James Milner when he placed there the ball at the far post after a nice attack.

Hart saved the City

With ten minutes left got Kompany step in and feel the hot air after the four-match absence – but it did not contribute to a stable defense game.
