Prior to the start of SHL-season Växjö has been a joy vengeance.
The head coach Sam Hallam extends, until by 2018.

Sam Hallam says there never was any doubt about the decision to extend.
– From my side, it was an easy decision. When Henry asked if I wanted to stay, I wanted to solve it directly. I like it here. I have a great leadership team and we are able to balance hard work, focus and having fun together.
