Angelica Bengtsson has had foot problems since the season beginning. Now she has decided not to race more this season.
Angelica Bengtsson finished fifth in the pole vault finals at the European Championships in Zurich. This despite the fact that she had foot problems much of the season.
Now the 21-year-old decided not to race more this year.
– It’s the same thing now, so therefore she decided yesterday to close the season, says coach Karin Tower Klint to svt.se.
Thus miss Bengtsson Finnkampen, which is the last weekend in August.
